About Me

I’m a prize-winning author of short stories, flash fiction and poetry. My work has appeared in poetry chapbooks, short story anthologies, online literary magazines and writing competitions. I’ve performed live readings at the Cheltenham Poetry Festival Fringe, Stroud Short Stories, The Bath Flash Fiction Festival, The Writer’s Room on Cirencester Corinium Radio, and most recently at the 2022 Cheltenham Literary Festival as part of the Stroud Short Stories ‘Greatest Hits’ event.

In 2020 I completed a Master of Arts degree in Creative and Critical Writing at The University of Gloucestershire. I now work as a part-time lecturer in Creative and Critical Writing at The University of Gloucestershire, supporting postgraduate students through their dissertation submission.

In July 2020, I co-founded The Phare Literary Magazine with Claire Harrison, where we jointly edit and publish short stories, flash fiction and poetry.
