About Me

I’m a prize-winning author of short stories, flash fiction and poetry. My work has appeared in poetry chapbooks, short story anthologies, online literary magazines and writing competitions. I’ve performed live readings at the Cheltenham Poetry Festival Fringe, Stroud Short Stories, The Bath Flash Fiction Festival, The Writer’s Room on Cirencester Corinium Radio, and most recently at the 2022 Cheltenham Literary Festival as part of the Stroud Short Stories ‘Greatest Hits’ event.

In 2020 I completed a Master of Arts degree in Creative and Critical Writing at The University of Gloucestershire. I now work as a part-time lecturer in Creative and Critical Writing at The University of Gloucestershire, supporting postgraduate students through their dissertation submission.

In March and April 2023, I ran creative writing workshops at The Cleeve Bookshop in Gloucestershire, and will be running more in the near future. Follow me on Twitter and Facebook for more details.

From July 2020 to April 2023 I was the Joint Founder and Joint Managing Editor at The Phare Literary Magazine

From August 2018 to May 2020 I was Fiction and Special Features Editor at New Flash Fiction Review
